Convenient location, access to facilities such restaurants and next to Budapest Keleti station

location is good and has a nearby subway station, bus stops, well-known fast food places and a shopping center at 10 minutes walking distance. Check in and check out are easy and staff is very friendly. They also keep your bags for free if you want to go for a walk after checking out.
It's a hotel in a very old building with a large inner courtyard.. facade and entrance are very ugly and lobby is on the fifth floor. we entered we were really surprised because the pictures look much better than the place. Besides the qualification that they have given it is good and we do not agree, because it is a very old place that needs reforms.. room is not bad but the corridors are in bad condition and bathroom is uncomfortable. food is acceptable but the tablecloths in the dining room were always dirty and sometimes things like bread, coffee or margarine were missing. if you came to breakfast after 9 am everything, even the scrambled eggs, were cold.. In the bathroom they only offer you a soap dispenser but there is no shampoo or disposable bathing cap.

good hotel in a nice building, next to the central train station, has its advantages and disadvantages, It is not a nice area, it is very well communicated,. By public transport you can get to any point in the city quickly, by walking in 15 - 20 minutes you are in the centre. It is very close to the City Park and spa. young man who attended me, kind in the treatment, answering the questions about location and transports with a lot of detail. Breakfast is good, simple buffet. I only stayed one night, that's my opinion. room is comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious.
I had asked for a large bed, they confirmed that it was possible, and when I got to the room, there were two single beds. That's the only downside I can put in and I really didn't mind sleeping in a smaller bed, what I find strange is that after giving me the choice of bed and confirming it, they were wrong.

EXCELLENT LOCATION. EVERYTHING WAS VERY CLEAN. YOU CAN'T IMAGINE HOW NICE IT IS UNTIL YOU'RE IN THERE. FIRST CLASS ATTENTION AND THEY HAVE RECEPTION. YOU CAN ALSO STORE YOUR BAGS AT THE HOTEL FOR NO CHARGE. THERE ARE LOTS OF SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS NEARBY. EASY ACCESS AS THE SUBWAY IS 10 STEPS AWAY FROM THE HOTEL. EASY TO TAKE TAXI AND TRAIN BECAUSE THE SOUTH STATION IS JUST ACROSS THE AVENUE. WE LOVED THIS PLACE. BUDAPEST IS A MAGICAL CITY, THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH DAYS TO KNOW IT. VISIT THE WHOLE CITY AT NIGHT. IT IS A FAIRY TALE, THE ILLUMINATION IS INCREDIBLE. GO TO SZIMPLA TO RUMBA IN THE SLEAZY BAR GO TO THE CENTRAL MARKET AND EAT! I CAN'T DESCRIBE HOW WELL PEOPLE EAT IN BUDAPEST. THE CITY IS EXTREMELY CLEAN, THE PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO SERVE. WE WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK.
NOPE... ALL EXCELLENT.

It's the excellent hotel! It exceeded our! We stayed there one night. There's the railway station nearby, we needed to leave to Slovakia the next day. We were tired after the flight to Budapest so highly appreciated the service. There were two big bottles of clean water waiting for us in the room, and nuts and cookies were in the lockers. This is not free, but it costs a little money. It helped us a lot. Although we ate on the way to the hotel, we wanted to eat again before we had a good rest so these little things as water and nuts were very important. In the morning we got a breakfast to the road. It was two huge sandwiches, juice and something else. So in the train we ate it. This is such a maternal care that we remember the hotel with great warmth and want to return there for the next trip... Beautiful hotel, surpassed our expectations! We stayed one night near the train station to leave for Slovakia the next day. We were tired after our flight to Budapest, so the service was highly appreciated: two large bottles of clean water were waiting for us in the room, and nuts and cookies were in the lockers. It's not free, but it costs a little money, and most importantly - it helped us a lot. Although we ate on the way to the hotel, but again we wanted to eat before we had a good rest. In the morning we were given breakfast on the way, 2 huge sandwiches, juice, something else. We had something to do on the train. :) It is so maternal care that we remember the hotel with great warmth and want to go back to the next trip. It's a good thing it's a whole chain of hotels.
No disadvantages.

Walking to a subway station from baross city was easy. The hotel was right by Nyugati train station.

Breakfast was ok, for a morning snack there are all - 3-4 kinds of sausages / hams, cheese, pastries, jams, omelette, muesli, something else, I did not remember much, main thing for me to have tasty sausage products for sandwiches :). Staff is friendly. location is just great - 2 minutes to the subway or train station. By metro 5 minutes to the center. Bathroom is clean, plumbing is good. If you leave early in the morning, walk around Budapest and come back only overnight, option is good. If you spend more time in the room, you will lack coziness and comfort, because the usual average 3 *. In Austria and Germany, "three" is cooler.
The breakfast room is small. If you do not guess the time, the crowd begins, there are not enough places for everyone, some take dishes with them and sit at tables in the lobby, designed for arriving guests. And at this rush hour, the staff do not have time to replenish what they have eaten. They still do not watch the machine with artificial juices, if you do not add the filler in time, it starts to drive away tasteless colored water. The windows overlook the highway, lively until late at night and from early morning. It will be a problem for those who sleep sensitively. Beds are primitive, a mattress for three, pillows thick with a book are a mockery :) The room itself is very simple. Such rooms should be cheaper, but they are well located and overpriced.

I enjoyed stay at this hotel because is very close to Budapesti Keleti and to the metro station. It's clean and the stafs very kind. For sure I will stay there again if I come back to Budapest as a backpacker. Obs: the breakfast is delicious......
-
the room was excellent very big and comportable.brefast was good.
on the last day we wanted to stay until the evening and they took full amount for it,we travel alot to Hungary and never payed full amount only the half.
-
We were en route from Romania to Prague and needed to stay overnight near to the station. The Hotel is ideally placed. When we complained about the room the staff were very helpful and moved us to another room.
The original room had a problem with the drains in the ensuite which was quite unpleasant but when we complained the staff were helpful and moved us to another room.
